Stay away. I had a new generator installed and it has never started properly. It's brand new but cranks like it's 100 years old before it starts and when it's cold, it won't start at all, what good is that? In addition, I was overcharged for service visits to fix this never resolved, which should have been covered under warranty. After calling repeatedly, some of the charges were reversed. One charge remained which was legitimate. I believed that charge should have also been reversed, so I called my rep. Repeatedly. I got several bills and called every time to find out why I was being charged but no one called back. The bills stopped and I thought they had reversed this charge, like the others. It turned out they had sent the bill to collections without ever calling me back. Do not use this company, they are sloppy, unresponsive and incompetent.

I needed parts for my Kohler marine generator and once again Mayfair Power had the parts in stock. If you live on Long Island, this is the palce to g for parts!

Wanted to have a generator system installed in my home. I called twice and both times left a message. I also left a contact message on their website and nobody return my call. Very unprofessional and im glad i wont be allowing them to work on my house. I will take my business elsewhere.
