I cannot say enough great things about Bob and his company. My parents had Bob put in a generator in last year. They were having an electrical problem where the second story of the house had no power. I didn't call Bob because I didn't know he did plain electrical work. I had another company come who said the main breaker in one panel was bad and couldn't be replaced. They needed a whole new box that would run $4000 to $6000. I called Bob and his secretary looked up his work. It showed everything passed inspection last year. Bob called me within an hour and came to look at the problem. He found that my mother had turned the main breaker off by mistake when her air fryer tripped the breaker. He told my mom to call him if she needed anything else. My dad was at Duke starting his first round of chemotherapy. He told us "In Bob I trust". I can't say how right he was. Thank you, Bob! It is nice to know that there are some good people still out there looking out for the elderly.

I second the multiple praises that Bob and his team received during the entire process from the sale to the install, but I also want to highlight Bob's service. This Saturday we last power, the generator kicked-in as it has done so for the past several power outages - Glad to have the generator! But this time there was a problem, the 220v side did not come up. I check their website and quickly discovered that they don't have office hours on Saturday or Sunday. So I filled out the service form on their site, and expected that I would not hear from them until Monday. With in 20 minutes I received a call from Bob! We discussed the issue with the generator and Bob said that someone needed to come out to troubleshoot the issue and that he would call me back after he did a little research. Bob did call back within 10 minutes and told me that he would be out to see what the problem was. Did I mention that this conversation took place before 7:00 AM? Bob was at my home by9:00 am and resolved the issue! I can not say enough good things about our experience with Bob and his team! Form the entire process of ordering the generator, the installation, and now their service, my family and I are extremely happy that we went with Bob Garrett for our whole-house generator! We would highly recommend Bob!

Do NOT use Bob Garrett Services as he accepted a job for me and then asked him for a appointment date and he informed me that we cannot commit to a date. His communication skills are horrible and couldn't even get him to call me. Beware and don't say I didn't warn you!
