Fedex won’t deliver my package if it supposed to arrive on Saturday. Today I called and asked if I could just come pick it up since they won’t deliver on Saturday. They transferred me to a representative, who then called the location back to verify I could get it. They assured me that the location (Farmington) was going to try to deliver but if not would call me to let me know I could pick it up. Needless to say, I never received a call nor did I get my package. This has gone on for months. I guess I have to ask the organization who they ship through before ordering and if it’s fedex, not order from them.

I've had a number of experiences with the Farmington branch of Fedex over the years. Seemingly they are a holding place for packages that without fail arrive at their warehouse around 4am on a Friday (with a pending Friday delivery) and become coded with a "delivery exception: customer not available or business closed" within 20 minutes of arriving at the warehouse. This is perplexing when 1) it is delivered to a residence and 2) the package wasn't even attempted to be delivered. This may be a mistake in coding but either way is frustrating and inconvenient. Granted, every package I've had delivered from them inevitably makes it to its destination which I cannot fault them for. That said, without fail delivery comes with a 2-3 day delay in expected delivery.

The driver didn't knock on the door, or ring the doorbell while I was sitting in my living room waiting for my package and the driver marked it as attempted delivery when he didn't attempt it. Not even a sight of him on the camera.
