I was a resident here and must say that it was a pleasant experience over all. Any time I had an issue maintenance saw to it that it was fixed within 24 hours. The neighbors were also nice. The move in and out process was great and we received our security deposit without any issues. We only moved due to needing more space. Would highly recommend!

. My honest review. If you have no where to go or you want to live here an live the city life this is it. WARNING- the floor plans you see on the website are not anything like the ones you move into. They only show pictures from one specific building that they have remodeled. You don’t find out which building your moving to until they show you a “tour”. There is cockroaches, they “treat” them by spraying something that temporarily keeps them away. The walls and insulation is very thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations. Most of these apartments stunk I didn’t even invite people over. Homeless people are a big issue at these apartments and leasing office says they can’t do anything about them. Trash usually everywhere out of the dumpsters. It’s a good place to start at or if you need a temporary place.

After my last review, our complex received new management and I can’t speak more highly of them. They have been super attentive of our needs and issues, super fast reply times with calls and emails and super friendly. We ran into an issue where we needed to end our lease and Cameron was so helpful and had our best interest in mind. The complex is located in an awesome part of the city with many gas stations and fast food places nearby. (Also most places offer delivery out here which is always a plus for us.) I recommend Bloom for sure. The new management seems to be taking control of things the last management lacked to do so on.

So here I am again writing another review and to be 100% honest, the owners are doing their absolute best when it comes to these properties. No they aren't based here in Richmond which is why they have the management company overseeing the properties. Now I've had issues with management as have a few others but, when I did, I brought it to the attention of the owners and they rectified the problem immediately. These apartments are waaaayyy better than what they used to be. They care about all of us and making sure that our needs are met. The repairs needed in my old apt we're really bad so they transferred me to one of their newly renovated units and I couldn't be happier. You might get "those neighbors" that get on your nerves with loud music at night or arguing and fighting but that happens everywhere lol. In the end what I'm trying to say is they have a lot on their plate when it comes to these apartments. They are honoring the promise to fix them. It's going to take a bit of time but at least they ARE DOING IT! The last owners took all our money and ran with it, didn't fix a thing. If the management is your issue, reach out to the owners. They're good people. 💯
