Richfield, has leasing signs up for rent. When applied they do not check their list of future residents who are approved/not approved. Back in February, I put in for an application for a 2-3 bedroom apartment. I have called numerous times since and getting the same answer about me being number "55 for the 2 bedroom and 23 for the 3 bedroom". The week before last I spoke to "Ruth" who stated, "I am going through the wait list now because there are many future residents on the list who have been waiting since December but may have found places to live already". Ruth also stated to "callback next week and I will have individuals off of the list. We just hired more maintenance men so more vacant apartments will be up and ready to move in soon". Since that last phone call I have not heard from anyone so I took it upon myself to callback and was told I was the same number on the waiting list from the week prior. I will be contacting corporate because this is ridiculous and getting no where.

The walls and floors are thin you can hear other peoples conversations , the neighbors blast music till 3 am and the staff wont do anything about it even though it violates the lease agreement. And the maintenance people are rude. I was harassed my entire pregnancy by all of the surrounding neighbors throwing food on my door balcony and car. And got 2 flat tires in a week. Do NOT recommend

I have raised three girls here and with the exception of one incident I’ve never had any problems. The staff reacts in part to the way they are treated or mistreated by the residents.They have always been fair when it came to any circumstance with me and my family.
