They renamed it the same street name as it was originally on the "Brady Bunch"..."Clinton Way". (From 11222 Dilling St. to 4222 Clinton Way) ☺
You'd probably want to directly contact HGTV, since they're the actual owners, and they're the only ones that would have a legitimate answer for you. ☺
They picked house before they had show set up.they liked how it looked.looked like something a architect would have.
Yes!, you can see it only in the front outside. Because this is a Historical Landmark, and it was used for the TV show The Brady Bunch. The iron gates are locked for a reason, because the house is in mint condition. If you want to see The Brady Bunch House in person, take the 101 Freeway East and get off on Laurel Canyon Blvd. Turn right on Laurel Canyon Blvd, then turn left on Moorpark St. Turn right at Colfax Ave where you'll be passing by CBS Studio Center. Turn Left at Ventura Blvd, then make another left on Tujunga Ave where you'll find Dilling St. Turn right on Dilling St , and The Brady Bunch House is on your right hand side. It's between Klump Ave, and Fair Ave. Enjoy your visit at The Brady Bunch House.
No. They never shot inside of this house. Outside only. Verified in person by Cindy Brady.
No you can't go inside because its a private home. Only pics from the outside but I'm sure the residents wouldn't want a bunch of people outside taking photos so if you go try and be discreet and quick.
No it doesn't. There is a guard there though. He was nice.
It's free. They're not giving tours inside right now..but you are free to take pics with the outside of the house..there is a security guard, but they let you take pics..

No you can not enter the house nor even go to the porch. They currently have security 24/7. It's being decided what to do with the home. Last I heard there were 3 possible outcomes. 1 sell the home. 2 make it a B&B. 3 offer tours at a cost. The only thing is it's a normal neighborhood so it's not zoned for that. They were looking into bussing people in, in small groups for tours. Again last I heard so that could change.
Hollywood home tours are ALL in "residential neighborhoods"! Otherwise no one could've seen their homes when tours first started over 80 years ago! 🤓🤪
There were fences when I was there but you could still see a lot
This house is private property, because its a very special house that was used in the TV show The Brady Bunch. And all the people that lived in the neighborhood takes pictures of the house, like it was seen in the newspapers. Thank you for asking!
Sherwood Schwartz drove around until he found the all American looking house. It's been told on many of their documentaries
This home is occupied by a private owner and IS NOT OPEN for public viewing. What you see from the street is what you get. Do not linger too long as this is a residential neighborhood.
