I recently ordered a specialty strawberry cake for my daughter's birthday. I did it all on line. When it was time for pick up, I had someone else pick it up for me. The cake was not exactly how I had ordered it, but didn't realize until I looked at the cake later & it was too late to have it corrected. We still celebrated and enjoyed the cake very much. It was so good and I was glad I had chosen the seasonal strawberry cake. Rather than writing a bad review because of the mistake, I emailed Susie Cakes and got a response very quickly. They 100% took care of the problem and apologized for their mistake. I so appreciate this and I wish more people would reach out to businesses before leaving a bad review. Sometimes it is just human error and management may know nothing about the problem until you bring it to their attention. I would definitely order from here again, and I suggest you do too! Well done Susie Cakes! Excellent customer service!

It is best to pre-order our Flourless Chocolate Cakes 24 hours ahead of time. You may do so online or by calling or emailing the bakery directly.
We do health screenings daily for all of our team members including temperature checks, and we sanitize all shared surfaces at least every hour. We are working with much smaller teams in the bakeries, and are keeping our front and back of house teams separate to limit exposure. We have also limited our bakeries to one guest allowed in at a time, and have a table set up at the front so you do not need to come all the way in to the bakery. Our guests service teams working with the guests wear both masks and face shields and are constantly washing their hands.
