Vets care and are very informative, but service is very slow up front and I understand help is hard to find, just feel they need to space their pickups a little further apart

Greatful for the care they give my Rosie. Great doctors and staff . They also have different plans for your dog to help save money and they give great information and explain everything going on with your pet . Love this place and the staff

Supposedly, one of our dachshunds was diagnosed by this establishment as having a hear murmur. This diagnosis took place nearly 3 months ago and almost $400 without notifying us of the results. WThey now want to charge us for a virtual visit after we told them that we had not heard from them in 3 months. Unbelievable. Our dachshund is on heart medicine and this is his last month for the prescription. We need to find another vet. These people will rob you blind. This Banfield office should be investigated.

I had a wonderful experience today. I had to bring my cat in for an emergency, and she was taken back without hesitation. The communication was fantastic, and I appreciate the attention to detail with her care. The doctor and staff are wonderful. I really want to thank the front desk ladies for trying to help me figure out my Care Credit. They were so patient and nice, even if it took a while. I am so appreciative of them. Thank you for helping me out today!

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 30, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 30, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
