You can't go in the house yet.
Unfortunately they are not Putting the House on airbnb or leasing it out . There are no plans for having it opened to the public on a tour basis either . Stay tuned for an announcement in the near future.

Perhaps it was the actual owners, or Grounds Keeper's, Housekeeper"s, Real Estate Agents, people looking to buy, etc.

As of now you cannot go on
I am guessing it will eventually become a public museum, while I was there, it was around the time of filming and there was a fence keeping people out.
