Apartment was in awful shape when I first moved in. When I arrived the leasing office kept me there awhile saying they were waiting to get the keys from the maintenance guy. Eventually they said I could go meet him at the apartment. When I got there he was working on fixing things up. He stayed way past the closing time of the leasing office doing things that should have been done before I moved in. He was replacing a window that was broken, not sure from what though. Unfortunately I moved from Texas and signed the lease before I had the chance to check out the apartment. I have attached the pictures I took while I was moving in. There are a ton of roaches in the whole building. Multiple neighbors have moved out due to the roaches. In order for pest control to come out you have to be put on a waitlist. It takes forever to get to the top of the waitlist, and when they do come out all they do is set a trap and bait. They spend maybe 2 minutes to do it, say they will come back the next week and check the status, but they don't. You then have to be placed on the wait-list for it all over again and wait the long period. People speed around the complex and whip around curves, so if you're crossing the parking lot/road be prepared to move quick out of the way or else you'll get hit. They just added a couple speed bumps, so let's see if that helps. I haven't had bad interactions with the leasing staff, but they are hard to get a hold of by phone. The only positive of this apartment place is the maintenance guys are very nice.

I LOVED living here. The prices are very affordable. I would recommend these apartments for anyone. Also the staff is great!!

i stayed here for a year and could not wait to leave. they NEVER did maintenance in my apartment (filters, etc.), the women in the office are really quick to get an attitude as soon as you walk in. they don’t attend to ANY maintenance, not even emergencies. my neighbors were, for lack of better words.. horrendous. don’t move here. it’s not worth it.

This is one of the BEST!! apartment in Virginia. The hospitality that I've received during the application process was Excellent. For my first apartment ,the woman in the office made me feel comfortable with any decisions i made. The neighbors are Nice, and the environment quiet and peaceful. The property is well kept. I'm looking forward to staying here a while.
