Most VA's have a directory of such names on the website.
Yes but your Primary Care Physician will call you to set up a time.
Yes. They take walk ins. But be there before the clinic closes at 4.
The VA offers the highest medical care in the USA! Quit sniveling and continue on with what you did in the military.. cleaning the head.
At the moment I don't think there is ma'am
There is but it's my understanding is unless you have a dental "disability" like coming out with dental problems then you can't use it. Or that was what I was told when I inquired about an appointment.
0700 1800.sir canteen I will check on my lunch hour.
Come into the VA hospital and go to the ID department. I believe eligibility is where they're issued out though
Sorry not yet plus it's under construction remodeling elevators are limited only stairs are available.
Not that I am aware of.
https://www.phoenix.va.gov/giving/index.asp This link has information and the phone #
Once you get settled here wirh a new address go see the folks at Enrollment and Eligibility and they will transfer your records and set you up with a new PCP
What veterans pay issue?
Call the Phoenix HUD worker that gave you your voucher not the VASH worker. At the end of the day VASH will drop services over to them. Is Arizona's Program not the Va
Has an ER. It's hit or miss on the weekends. I have received the worst PA, and an excellent doctor on different occasions. The nurses have always been good. The reception area is agonizing. The waits can be long and then you wait again for meds. Shortest trip was 3.5 hours, longest was closer to 6.
Email me. Harveytpooka@gmail. I have room for 1. Gotta like dogs!
Yea I agree with Robert Salin each taxi service has their own fare so it's up 2 u 2 choose wat u think is fair
My treatment facility for the past 17 years. It has been a pleasure!
Only open Monday through Friday
6am - 5pm I think
just call the main hospital, hit 0, and ask to be transferred.
Arizona state veteran home
Not that I've heard of
Medical Center is good for appointments.
All I have seen there are wheelchairs, I was there a week ago and needed my Sister to push me. Hope I was a help. My Sister I Arms.
Talk to the patient advocate they'll change your primary MD immidiately.
I am not sure at this time tomorrow I have two appointments I will check
Mr Powell, you may be seen at any VA. Please bring your VA ID and we will get you checked in. (You must re register with each new VA you visit, which takes 5-10 minutes.) 🙂
If its for the 6 floor its near hospital
Yes
You can go in and talk to someone at enrollment/eligiblity. It is right inside the eastern entrance where the big flagpole is. That's probably the best way.
Basement
YES YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN THEY'LL FIND YOU IN THE SYSTEM
The main building is the ACC
Things change daily but I'm pretty sure no visitors allowed at all right now. They have made case by case exceptions but if it is just a surgery then I would imagine you can't. Ask the staff at the door for an actual answer based on your situation.
They may not have them right by the entrance doors, but if you go just inside and ask one of the transportation people or one of the volunteers, they will get one for you pretty quickly. I believe they stopped leaving them near entrance and exit doors due to theft unfortunately.
My health vet should list your upcoming appointments.
There are many groups and meetings there, can you be more specific?
Right past the Patriot cafe. Just past the washrooms on the left if you're coming from the coffee stand.
I have no idea how this question ended up on google , I thought I was asking the VA .
You can do it without sedation. Doesn't hurt. I did it twice and just walked out when it was completed. Otherwise you gotta wait. How long? Can't say. Just tell 'em No Sedation. You will be fine. All the very best.
Wayne your question seems to imply you have never been to the VA. So you need a VA health care card. Go in to the main entrance you can either ask one of the volunteers what to do or take a number at the kiosk. When they call your number the process begins!
You can call the main line and push 2251 to be connected to the Phoenix call center. Once you are connected with an agent, simply state you wish to schedule for audiology. Audiology, podiatry, and optometry are all direct scheduling services and do not require a consult from your provider.
If you can log in to the myhealthevet website you could email them, or if you got a referral from your primary or someone else, you could try contacting them to see if they can help you contact pulmonary
New dental clinic is next to pain management. Pain management is building 21 off of 7th street in the back buildings
The pharmacy at the main hospital is open Monday thru Friday 730am till 4pm.
Please call the hospital and ask if you can talk to a benefits officer or a social worker to see if they can better help you
Eligibility, near the emergency department entrance.
Yes the ER is at the main entrance. Just look South as you walk in from 7th St. area
Go through your primary care doctor, or use the secure messaging feature in the my health vet to try to get an appointment. They're usually pretty packed, most times I am sent to a civilian facility for optical and vision, although they did my actual glasses and the fitting Etc at the VA but I had an appointment for that.
Mr Dane Hill has the best answer
Because the hospital was designed long ago (1951, 68 years ago) for a much lower population density. As you may know. We have snow birds move here permanently after the crash. Then there was the California financial meltdown. So most of what you are seeing is California populations overwhelming a system built in 1951. So very sorry that or country has so many vets in the area that you can't play at the park. I can always suggest to the tax collectors that you would like an option but added to have additional taxes taken from your/our paychecks so that parking infrastructure can be built to meet the needs for the next 70 years? I think if everyone in the US kicked down $20 a month for two years as a specific taxable go find me it could be done in 8 years... Because it takes that long for the Democratic party red fairness tape to be sorted through and completed.
There should be at least 3 in Virginia
Only if you have a copay
Monday through Friday, 7am to 4 pm. Not open on weekends.
There is an eligibility office located inside of every VA hospital. Upon entering the hospital, someone at the front desk will direct you to the eligibility office. It doesn't take long to get enrolled. Enroll as soon as you can to enjoy the benefits of being a veteran. Most facilities require your last tax documents to determine if there should be a charge for medication and/or office visits. However, it's very cheap or free.
There is a lot off of 3rd street and Osborn near regional that you can park in and there is a shuttle that comes around to take you to the va On the va property near the veterans hospital that you can park in as well
Come in Off the 7th street entrance and go to registration
Yes Jade opal clinic and if you are feeling suicidal homisidal after jade opal is closed for the day the emergency room has mental health section
I've had a very good experience with them. I've heard from others very positive feedback. Your loved one will be in good hands. If needed they'll bring in outside help. Best wishes!
Only if you retired military or service connected
Yes they do offer those services, but you must be a good candidate, that could mean anything
They have a lot of different Mental Health Options in patient at the hospital, outpatient clinics and the vet center where you can talk to other veterans. If you need someone to talk to immediately call the Veterans Crisis Line at 8888963578
Once a vet...ALWAYS a vet...the VA hospital will ALWAYS take you...as long as you qualified for benefits...and since you once had medical benefits...you will ALWAYS have them...doesnt matter if you quit using them or not....
Yes, there is a parking deck on the southwest corner of the campus of of 3rd Street. And parking all around the hospital, with a large lot on north end of the campus.
They have new additional parking lot off campus
Get enrolled and get a PCP they'll take care of all your needs.
Get a hold of your patient advocate. They are there at the hospital. They jump thru hoops for them.
Primary care, referral to physical therapy, it occupational therapy. If those don't help, hand clinic.
My suggestion is that you contact the benefits office or the patient advocate at Carl Hayden. They can direct you to the appropriate persons. If you look at the web page, contact numbers are there. I have always found the people at the Medical Centre to be very helpful.
They are now in the first floor. Near the West tall glass entrance for patient drop off. Behind what used to be travel pay but it's now the co-pay windows.
Most likely you will leave a voice mail and maybe get phone call back later.
Talk to patient advocate, they got me in faster
Because you probably would have to specify. Inpatient, or outpatient. Which have different hours and locations.
According to my iron daughter you have to be licensed in the state that you practice
The VA is open 8-4.
You can go to emergency room after hours or just go to whatever clinic you are assigned to and wait. I have found if you do a walk in though go about 1 in the afternoon. They won't see you until then anyhow so you wait less time.
Canteen in the VA. In walking distance there is Jack in the box on 7th st and Wendys on Indian school rd
contact the health resource center and inform them of the move they can help you arrange a new Primary Care at your new location. If you need the number call 18008271000 they can help to.
Enter on 7th and montecio and make a right. On the far north wall , pain clinic
The va does not own us vets that is not true on grand ave they are a non profit cheack for yourself
Im not sure. You'd have to call them.
