I love Dr Nguyen! His front desk and billing employees are arrogant self servings LIARS!!! I was setup for two different types of test, before I took the test I inquired about any separate billing was told" I already paid up my copay " nothing further was represented. Three weeks later after I was supposed to get the results the canceled my appointment twice I called several times with no response! I got a bill for $249.00 with a explanation that my insurance company paid my copay and I was responsible for the remaining balance...I asked before if there was a cost was adimately told NO...If I knew there was extra charges I would have planned for it when you're on a fixed income I wasn't afforded the choice to set up the date for the testing and made arrangements for payment! I since have paid $3 and explained I could only afford so much per month. They refused to take my $3 so Ieft it there took a picture video as proof of my good will payment, they said I must pay in full....

I'm guessing they don't want to take in new patients. My mom doctor referred her to them and when I call they took my mom name and info, then put me on hold two second later I got transfer to another person. She asked me what do I need I told her same thing appointment for my mom she said "let me transfer you to scheduling", I got put on hold again then they hung up on me called again samething happen if scheduling this hard already I can imagine the process of filling out paperwork and billing. I'm telling my mom to ask for different referrals.
