I have always been pleased with them but this week, they really impressed me. I had a large printing job which included hundreds of binders with tabs, some pages in color-others in black and white, etc. When asked for final approval of the file I had originally sent them, I noticed it needed several corrections (my fault, not theirs) and I was really nervous that I wasn't going to get them in time due to my delay in getting them the file. I got them the corrected file much later than anticipated and I am still getting the books A DAY EARLIER than I need them! Glenn never once seemed frustrated with me, even though I can assure you if I were in his shoes I would have been frustrated. I look forward to sending them any business I can. Keep up the GREAT work!!

Needed to copy and ship some urgent real estate documents to my son. Got everything I needed done quickly and completely. They arrived on time and intact. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

We printed banners for a company event, unfortunately we submitted the file in the wrong language when we picked the banners up on Sunday. The event was scheduled for Monday morning. The Fedex team was so nice that they reprinted the banners for us in English for no extra charge. Originally it was planned to get them on Monday morning but 2 hours later on Sunday Mike called to pick up the banners. AWESOME JOB and WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
