Absolutely appalled by processing with this organization. My homeless nephew is now working on day 10 with trying to receive care. He has two open wounds, his legs are swollen like elephants and has been to every requested appointment. Even though he can barely walk. He had an appointment today passed his negative Covid test did intake and they still are prolonging in admission. He will be released back to streets again in his condition. Does anyone know who I can speak with? How are they releasing him back to streets with open beds?

I found this place by accident. If your homeless and wounded this place will help you.

A place full of love for those who have been relegated to the streets for a source of living.

No
Because it is a long term care facility. Clients must be recommend and approved by medical professional to qualify for care.
There are 2 private rooms, but those are reserved for patients who require special monitoring or care. Most patients stay in a dorm-style room. There are 5 dorms, each with 9-10 beds. Patients share a room with one other patient. Rooms are separated by a pony wall.
There is Free WiFi available to Patients. Also a few public computers in the community room.
The Mobile Clinic is usually available at St Vincent de Paul Dining Hall on Broadway and McDonald in Mesa from 9AM to 11AM on Thursdays. Also often at Tempe United Methodist Church on University and College from 8AM to 11AM on Fridays.
Yes they can help. My brother had cancer and was homeless. They took him in and took care of him. He was off the streets with a bed and roof over his head plus regular meals. I hope this helps you.
It is not a residence but a hospital type care facility for those who are discharged from a hospital but still require follow-up nursing care. It is non profit, so there is no charge to patients who are accepted.
This is an respite for folk that are experiencing an acute medical event and that are homeless. This is not a traditional shelter.nurses screen potential clients prior to intake.
If you have qualifying medical issues, 6-8 weeks.
They have visiting every day. On the weekends you have to call security number posted on the front door.
If you have a consular birth of abroad certificate or a green card and one other piece of information such as your social security card or an ahcccs card with your name on it those 2 things will get you an I'd. Go to Homeless ID Project at 206 S. 12th Avenue M-F at 7:30am and they can help you.
I believe so parsons clinic would be another to ask
The Brian Garcia Welcome center at 232 South 12th Ave is located south of Jefferson Street, on 12th ave. There they can get you into a shower, get you a bed or inside mat to sleep overnight and direct you to dinning at St. Vincents dining hall for breakfast and lunch. Andre House also provides services, located at the corner of 11th Ave & W. Jackson just outside of C.A.S.S. & Brian Garcia Welcome Center. That is the location for Phoenix city homeless services
