Told my doctor that my baby was in the 1 percentile for weight, turns out that she is in the 10th, and barely small for her age. They will constantly have students in there, doing things wrong, and they failed to fax my information until my doctor called them. Had me sobbing in my doctor's office, thinking my baby would not make it, and had to have another ultrasound done at my regular doctor's office. Thanks, Ultrasound Institute! Ruined my entire day and made me cry infront of strangers because you lied :)

Worst experience, came here for a medical concern, paid 100$ had something else along with it but tech refused to do ultrasound even though I paid them. Then days later they call me looking for a fax number to the place they’re supposed to send it to, place doesn’t receive it, woman tells me “yeah just stop by and we can give you a copy of your report no appointment needed” I drive all the way across Phoenix, and she tells me the piece of paper is going to cost me 10$. I already paid 100$ and didn’t get anything, they didn’t even address my concern. So I left, the urgent care they sent my results to finally got the results, it was a piece of paper with all kinds of lines going through it and an extremely vague description of my results, basically I’m right back where I started, this didn’t give me any answers or help in any way shape or form. Biggest waste of money, Then again it’s all about money, health isn’t a concern to any of these people.

First timer and they were super fast and friendly! The staff was really nice and took care of us and definitely will recommend to family and friends. Prices are reasonable as well 😊

Friendly fast, and the staff was very nice. It was our students first time doing a real ultra sound and it was fun watching her figure out what she was looking for. Her teacher was amazing. She came in and in seconds was like here's this here's that. She clearly knew what she was doing. Overall great experience.
