I dropped my Veterans Health Care eligibility four years ago and went on Medicare A & B and a Mutual of Omaha Plan G. I am now, at 75 facing some issues that require medications that I have no insurance for and cannot afford. Can I rejoin VA Med?

Once a vet...ALWAYS a vet...the VA hospital will ALWAYS take you...as long as you qualified for benefits...and since you once had medical benefits...you will ALWAYS have them...doesnt matter if you quit using them or not....

I suggest that you go to the VA Regional Office (Southeast corner of Osborn and Central) and talk with a service officer at either the American Legion or AZ Department of Vet Services. They will be able to best guide you. Bring all the paperwork you have to help expedite things. If you need more help reach out again.
