Nice park with 2 small reservoirs to fish in, as well as playgrounds for kids and walking paths for others.

How can you take a photo without photography equipment?
I believe you do , signs mention parties etc at entrance near statue .
Last I knew gatherings of 75 or more needed a permit. CONGRATULATIONS! Good luck. Have Fun!
No pavilions, but lots picnic tables and shady trees. Many people have small parties at the park. You may need to bring additional tables and chairs.
Thank you for asking. No swimming for humans or animals. Also leashes are required at this park. Both large grass areas are next to the children's playground and the entire park is surrounded by a path used by bikers, joggers and people on walks. There are no fenced areas where it would be safe to unleash a dog. It's a great park even though it doesn't allow leash less dogs. It's worth checking out for picnics, fishing, walks and taking the kids out to play. For dog owners I would suggest Steele Indian Park instead. It's on the corner of Central and Indian School. It's the largest park I know of in the area. It's clean, has plenty of paths to walk and bike plus a large part of the park was set aside just for dogs and their owners to play. There are also 2 large fenced areas where dogs can run around leash free.
I didnt remember seeing a sign saying that you couldn't. But I would advise NOT to because of what others might say, tell and do. Also, on the other hand its no different than jumping in lake pleasant, tempe town lake or even the canal. Try it if u want but I would not suggest jumping in that water unless you're on fire next to the pond. 😆.
My dog gets in the ponds every time we're there. I've never seen any authorities trying to prevent that.
Yes with a permit you can also have alcohol. They have a phone number to call on the park sign
To the best of my knowledge yes, just be aware there are many many ducks here so you may want to avoid tiny colored papers, but all in all its beautiful and I'd say a great place to have a get together.
Yes
Thank you all for your help
Yes
I have never seen anyone using any kind of bbq but I'm sure you can you just need to remember the park is closely surrounding desert and homes, and I mean close. I would check with parks and recreation about using you own portable grill first. No one wants to be liable for a house or desert fire. It just makes sense to check with parks and recreation first so you can comfortably and safely enjoy you time at this lovely park.
