I didnt remember seeing a sign saying that you couldn't. But I would advise NOT to because of what others might say, tell and do. Also, on the other hand its no different than jumping in lake pleasant, tempe town lake or even the canal. Try it if u want but I would not suggest jumping in that water unless you're on fire next to the pond. 😆.

It's the last stage of output from the water treatment plant next door. Dunno if you wanna swim in that. An answer below comments it's like swimming in Tempe town lake or the canals. Technically, the water treatment plant has an intake right next to 24th Street and it's output is through Granada Park back into the canal. But it is industrial processed wastewater from the community surrounding it. Yes, it is processed sewage. I don't think you want to swim in it. Just my 2 cents.
