You can fish and no license that i know of. I saw some people fishing.

You can fish any public water in AZ unless otherwise specified by signage or regulation (the annual fishing regulation booklet can be had for free at walmart). You must possess a valid fishing license. Keep in mind though, the ponds in Granada are not regularly stocked and the fish are not intended for consumption.
