I have never seen anyone using any kind of bbq but I'm sure you can you just need to remember the park is closely surrounding desert and homes, and I mean close. I would check with parks and recreation about using you own portable grill first. No one wants to be liable for a house or desert fire. It just makes sense to check with parks and recreation first so you can comfortably and safely enjoy you time at this lovely park.
