I really love that there's an outdoor space in this location. A lot of really neat features, including art installations, historic buildings that have been repurposed, and a variety of landscaping. The sad part is- it seems neglected and like they've given up on certain parts of it. Example- there's a water feature/splash pad that looks like it hasn't operated in years, but it's still there. I'd love to see this park in its prime again 💗

Its literally in the middle of five guys and all those stores around five guys there is a middle and thats where u will fimd the splash pad it is kinda hidden
I have not been there in several weeks yet I believe she is. Until I googled your inquiry I did not even know what it was or why it was there. For all of 2018 at various times and various conditions of weather I would sit in the park and wonder what it was. I asked several people and never found out. Ironically I patiently waited for the answer.

If your dog isn't inclined to chase down homeless people then yes, it's dog friendly.
It hasn't cost anything in all the years I've lived here. Its a park where students and homeless hang out.
