I was passing through town around 9pm on 4/16 and stopped to admire and take a picture of this piece of art. I just now noticed the image of a human body within the aerial structure and I don’t know what to make of it. Can anyone verify?

I thought it had something to do with the weather.

It is perceptual art. If you stand in a certain place you see certain forms in the art. It's to represent that we are all one body... That's what I get from it, from a Quantum physics, energy into form kinda way. That is my interpretation anyway.
