Somehow this one park is also designated in a separate Google Map listing as City of Phoenix Park. Identical address,, same reviews.. it is a City of Phoenix Park but actually name Francisco Highland Park. It has a similar feel to South Mountain Park with some of the sounds and wildlife. This actual park looks partly like a city park with a lot of green grass, playground, basketball, splashpad, restroom, parking lot and sidewalks. Also this park is next to a school and the sounds from the school playground. Francisco Highland is a mid size park.

There's a splash pad but it definitely needs some maintenance. The water sprouts are so strong, they hit the nearby restroom building. There's a lot of open grassy space. Only two shaded seating areas.
