My Ping G9 7 iron had the sole counter weight come out so not only did the repair center put in a new counter weight they also refurbished my club which was a pleasant surprise that I had not expected! It looks great ! Thanks loads!🏌🏻♂️

I recently called Ping to report I lost two perimeter weights on my irons, and if they sent them to me I'd be willing to install them. I spoke with Brad and he informed me they would pay for shipping to and back and have them back to me in around a week. From the day he sent me the Fedex label to the day the clubs arrived back to me, exactly one week. They polished up the heads as well and I am good to go. Everything was covered under their generous warranty program. I know there are plenty of service issues out in the world, but Ping made my life easy.... thank you.

It is too bad Dawn Grove has politicized Ping. I can't in good conscience support this company anymore. Her radical views are outrageous and unfortunately she is part of the PING business.

Yes, you can schedule a tour and they show you the vault on the tour
Trading them in you might get in the range of $75 - $100. I suggest taking them to a golf shop for an opinion. You might get on eBay and do a search on your exact model set. Might be worth much more.
You can call them 6026875415 they are very professional. I took my clubs in person and they bent them no charge. You would need to speak them about what you are wanting done.
PING only gives tours during the week, however PING has suspended all public tours due too Covid.
