They do a great job! I called in to get my AC (air conditioning) repaired, and Jessica was very friendly and professional. The previous company came out and were not able to finish the job without trying to charge me thousands of dollars. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. I spoke to the tech before he came out and he let me text photos of the potential issue over the phone. He gave me a quote and explained over the phone what he believed the problem much better than the company that actually came out to my property! The tech came out on time and was very polite. He even took his shoes off so he wouldn't track dirt on my carpet. Comfort One fixed the problem in less than 90 minutes, and had both my air conditioner and heater running perfectly! He even explained how I could tell if the a/c was working and gave me some tips. They take credit cards, so I even got some rewards points out of it. If the other companies can't figure it out, or if you feel like you are being overcharged, call Comfort one for a HVAC consult. They give you the straight skinny!
