Going to Funtown as a kid in the 80's and 90's was great. Taking your kids to Funtown and reliving your childhood through there eyes is magical!
Took my daughter and her friend yesterday and had a blast! The sky was a little overcast, which I think helped keep the lines down and manageable. Food prices were typical for any park. Drink prices however were very high. Though you are able to bring in your own food and drink, which does help families cut down on cost.

2 adults & 3 children, all has the best time! Fun rides, very clean premises, Wed, senior citizens get in free, saved us a lot of money taking our grandchildren.

Love the fact that all ages are considered. For safety reasons height limits Are used. All of the measuring bars are radially available. This means the children can see for themselves and the adult is not the one having to say yes or no, it is just the rule. Thank you!

My family and I loved our day at Funtown/splashtown. Funtown was great. Our daughters (4 and 6) were able to go on most of the rides. Splashtown was super busy and the lines were outrageous. I guess that’s to be expected on a hot summer day. Also, we tried to factor in that many places are short staffed. All in all a great day.
I would highly recommend going anywhere but here. Aquaboggin, Storyland, or Six Flags.
I was a long time fan of Funtown. They are currently staffed by Centerplate and the level of racism and unprofessionalism from Centerplate management is unsettling.
Try Yorks Wild Kingdom.
Yes, there is music in certain places, not throughout the entire park and sometimes there are events with bands. Check their website for park times and events.

Whenever you feel you can trust your children to be left alone at funtown. My teenage boys were there yesterday and had a great time by themselves, while I went off and went on rides with my boyfriend.
What times do they close in June? I see a after 5pm discount. But I see they close at 3pm currently.

Splashtown always closes a couple hours before funtown. But who knows these days. Can't wait to go though!
what is the depth of the swimming pools, toddler pool, family pool?

The swimming pool is 3 feet deep, and the toddler pool is only 1 foot deep. There is no family pool but the swimming pool is commonly filled with families.
Are there changing rooms separated for boys and girls?
Funtown Splashtown USA is closed for the 2019 season. The park is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, May 9, 2020. Should you have questions, or wish to purchase admission, you can stop in or call the Business Office which is currently open Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm.
It depends if you are doing funtown and splashtown. If you want to do both families start at splashtown usually at 10 and then head to funtown after since it's open longer.
Splashtown can be 4 hours -8 hours depending on your family.
Funtown is probably 3 to 5 hours for families that haven't been.
Others do funtown first and grt to splashtown by 2 or 3 and stay until it closes at 6
Yes sir many seated areas and you should be able to get around well at a wheelchair level or with a assistive device. I believe the cost would still be the same. You could look for discounted tickets on Groupons or at your local town hall if you live in the area or even sometimes they have them at the library for a residents of Maine
They do not and make sure if you are bringing your own food that you have no glass when going into splashtown. This includes jelly jars or anything you might overlook.
You would need to refer to the coupon sheet that your daughter received when her photo was taken. If you would like to speak to someone, you can call the park at 207-284-5139.
There are tables to eat at to your right when you enter the park near hungrybare and the gift shop they also have a map on the funtowm app download that and you will never need directtions from anyone
Funtown USA is scheduled to open on May 11, and Splashtown USA is scheduled to open on June 15. You can find rates online at https://www.funtownsplashtownusa.com/rates/.
Hello. My name is Raushan and I worked in Centerplate at Funtown USA in summer 2018. And I need W-2 form but I can't call to my manager. Do you know how to solve this problem. Can you connect me with some manager, please. It is very important
For all there is to do Park admission is pretty reasonable. Our family does the combination Funtown Splashtown every summer. We pack a couple soft coolers with our food, drinks and towels and rent a stroller to put it all in so we don't have to lug our stuff around. Well worth it and the kids have a blast.
Is there somthing for me to ride while my wife and children enjoy them selfs.. I have back issues
Derek Dearborn | Aug 20, 2018
Savannah Richard | Aug 20, 2018
It would depend on the severity of back issues. They do have model t cars to ride (maybe 7mph) and a similar ride with chopped cars. And a merry go round, the race cards are slow too. But you may be able to handle the swings and pirate ship.
I believe you can order tickets online at no extra fee, check their website for details. Although the cheapest place to get them is usually your local recreation department
If your going to spend multiple 3+ days it's better to buy the season pass. That's around 110 for an adult. About 100 for under 48" and about 60 for seniors over 60
Yes you do have to pay admission regardless of whether you ride the ride sor not. There are alot of other things to do besides rides. They havea water park great concession stands and games
My 7 year old has her arm in a cast. Assuming she meets the height requirements, can she go on rides? We are going to skip on Splashtown due to the cast. Thank you.
If you purchase a Funtown USA Ride Park or Combination Both Parks bracelet, you will get two rides on the Grand Prix Racers as long as all height and safety requirements are met.
