Yes
Yes you do
Yes everyone has to buy a ticket
Everyone 38-inches tall or taller must purchase either a Splashtown or Combination bracelet to be admitted into Splashtown; Funtown Ride Park bracelets are not permitted into Splashtown USA. Many guests who might consider themselves as “non-sliders” will find that they want to use one of the pools to cool off on a hot day or sit in a lounge chair. Remember, a child under 48″ tall must be accompanied into Splashtown by an adult that is 48″ or taller wearing a Splashtown or Combination bracelet. Guests wearing a Splashtown USA bracelet can walk around the Funtown USA Ride Park, but cannot go on the rides.
They used to have walkers passes for 5 dollars but got rid of that a long time ago. It's totally worth it to just get the adult pass, you never know, maybe once you get in the park you'll want to jump on a ride!
Yes, everyone has to but with all you can do there its most definitely worth it.
