This place might as well be shut down someone picked up the phone and hung it up In my face and after that never answered again I don't understand how people can work up there and get paid for not doing their jobs just lazy it makes absolutely no sense.

No one ever answers your phone calls.. the DFCS office, your caseworker or any other number they give you thru mail. I've been calling for the past month leaving voicemails left and right and absolutely NO ONE ever gets back with you. On top of all that, the lobby is closed to the public.. wonderful. This is completely RIDICULOUS!!!
