My son had an appointment on Oct 11 for a possible sinus infection. He was told that he would have to do a "virtual visit" from the parking lot. So I called to see how they would check his vitals. The person on the phone said the nurse would come out and check him out. Then the Dr would come listen to him. Their excuse was the wanted to limit "exposure" to themselves and other patients. I was satisfied with that excuse. But when he came to the parking lot and called, no nurse came to check any vitals, draw blood or test for Covid, flu or anything else. Nor did the doctor come and check him out. So the the worker on the phone LIED to me. I hope he doesn't have pneumonia. If you don't want to get exposed get out of the medical field. WHAT A JOKE FOR A MEDICAL EXAM. I will be looking for a new PCP and will strongly urge other people to look elsewhere as well. Very disappointed in this doctor's office. My rating would be a "0". I wander what the insurance would say about this useless visit?
