To start, I have to say the woman in sales went above and beyond. She tried to make things work. None of the following was her fault. In the past I've purchased modular homes and mobile homes. They never had an issue making changes. Some small, such as leaving out decor items, some as large as lengthening a mobile home. I've never had them refuse any changes, until: Clayton Homes of Statesboro's Manufacturer made it clear, they don't work with the disabled. I didn't ask for anything extreme, nothing structural. I wanted an ADA toilet in the primary bathroom. Also, I asked that they leave out two cabinets that would have blocked my path. Lastly, I wanted the shower opening made wider. Having a history in construction I know none of this would be a huge outlay of work. For that matter leaving out the cabinets would be less work. His answer: I could remove the cabinets myself upon delivery. Home Depot sells ADA toilets I'm welcome to exchange it. Simply no on the shower. All very sensible. If I were able to do these things myself I would be paying someone else to build a house for me. In Conclusion, Clayton Homes lost a sale and my respect. I will be passing this on and on and on in the disabled community. Shame on you.

I dont no if you remember me but I had problems with my air since day one its now been 5 years..my condenser went ...I had and air guy come he replaced it and filled it with freon..the proper amount my air was fine it never worked this good before....I am buying a new home for my brother but not with you...tell Jerry he lost this sale and a friend
