Place is shaping up to be a great place to live. A work in progress but nick is doing a lot for the people out there. The park was in such disarray from the previous landlord that I thought nick would never get it back up to good standards but he is doing great!

Last I knew they had a 3 bedroom 2 bath trailer for Rent. I know they want $700 a month for it. To move in it's 1st months Rent & Deposit of $700, so a total of $1,400 to move in. You have to fill out a Renter application so they can run a background check on You before they say if You can move in or not! Way I know about the trailer, application & how much is cause My Son tried getting the trailer. He was suppose to get a phone call on Tuesday 5/4/2021 letting Him know if He could move & He has still yet to hear from Her. Also it cost $30 per Adult for the application fee. They'll take cash right there at the Trailer park.
