This theater presents as a rather unassuming experience, tucked deep down inside of a strip mall, setting the expectation that you're going to be visiting some low-key B-rate theater. Much to my surprise, this theater experience is the exact opposite. Regardless of location, this theater exemplifies, independent ownership, localized concessions, and the understanding of a solid premium experience. Not only is there a nice arrangement of warm, Indian based snack foods for consumption, the reserved seating is ultra plush with fully reclinable chairs. The staff was super accommodating upon my arrival, realizing that I had never been to this location before, offering me a full array of snacks that more than likely can only be consumed at this particular location. This movie theater easily qualifies in my top two Bay Area theaters, contrasting the historical atmosphere of my other top 2 theater, Grand Lake, with an ultra premium feel of Cine Lounge Fremont 7.

I usually come here to see Bollywood and Malayalam movies which sometimes don't come in AMC theaters. It's a nice and clean theater and the staff is also nice. They need to check on the seats as they make noise but they are well spaced.

You know you are in desi (operated) movie complex when you have samosa and mango lassi on menu. It’s a fun experience.. one of the places to go for desi movies.

Very average theatre experience. Lounge chairs were not of a great design. If you fully recline then u can’t see the movie especially the front seater sits or of no one else. Service guy is pretty grim, just before the show no food was available except Popcorn. Food quality is very much average, especially samosas.
