Don't go here!!! I brought my daughter's here for their birthday. Staff was uncourtias, not helpful and not comprising with no alternatives. I bought 2 buckets of popcorn and requested small bags for my 9 year old twins to use. No possible options other than buying a small empty popcorn, also got 3 Lg drinks no refills on anything and a plethra of candy. The stairs are so steep my mother fell on getting to our seats and the arm rest are narrow and the seats don't recline as well as the theater's in New Park mall and Union landing. In short I will from now on take my business there until new ownership or staff. So probably never going back!!!

nice that concessions are still open for late last showtime $6 pack small popcorn and drink good value with small fruit gummies. - comparable to AMC Tuesday's cameo $5 deal. helpful and courteous service at box office and concessions 🍿🎥 when purchasing 🎟 noticed seating no longer added seats to distance from other movie goer seats. good selection movies and showtimes. no power button by recline buttons at cineArts santana row theatre at Tanfran still doesn't have reclining seats. overall good values at Pacific commons

Costco is right next door to the Pacific Commons Century Theater. And all of the other advices are correct. You can go online and buy from Fandango or go to Century Theaters and purchased from there. Or you can go to Costco and purchase tickets also come there. The theater itself has four kiosk outside that you can purchase your tickets through also.
Hmm....I've never done that. You probably need to setup an account with cinemark/century online. There must be a code on the passes that you can enter at the final check out. It will let you go all the way to the end and then you enter payment or code or cancel the transaction out. If not then probably gotta use it at the theater box office in person.
They're serving fountain drinks!
I think it's $5 for both adults and kids. Not sure of they run any other deals
No, but they lend you a device to watch the English subtitles
Best to call for that or go to website.
It depends on the time and day Tuesday is six dollar day before 3:00 it's little more than $8.00 then it goes to & 11.00 but XD is two more dollars...the XD in the Fremont theatre is bigger then the union city one
@Pacific Commons: 11:10am, 5pm, 7:40pm and 10:10pm. Download the app if you can and then you can check times at union city century or other nearby theaters for more times.
No
You cannot change the showtime but you can cancel and book a new one instead.
Yes
Between 12 noon to 3 pm
As of 2/20/19, that age is 62. Here is the link to the FAQ: https://www.cinemark.com/faq-tickets-purchases-refunds

You can see the prices online for any showing by going to their website Cinemark or using the cinemark app on your phone. you can also see how many seats are taken in the theater for the movie you want to see. To do this, go partially through the process of buying a ticket online until you see the seat map.
XD is a format that has been coined I believe by cinemark. It stands for extreme digital experience. Overall it means you will have bigger screens, better speakers (premium sound quality) and in most cases excellent seating! P.S.: Not all XD cinema movies are necessarily 3D. They can be regular 2D XD movies too.
I certainly have been there and reserved my seat long before arriving. Perhaps you should use the Fandango app.
It may have changed as moviepass has removed some sites.
Currently half the the theater is closed down for rennovations, so this one only has 8 instead of the normal 16.
Sorry i dont know
The same price as regular tickets to any movie....
I think TicketsAtWork gives you a supersaver coupon (like the kind from Costco) which you can then use to buy tickets, but not a physical ticket. The only physical tickets are bought directly through Cinemark or Fandango.
Yes.
Yes, they do.
