No they don't offer that. Park admission is park admission

Didn't notice one the had senior rates children rates fun town rates and combination rates fun town/splashtown

Now they don't have a cheaper rate to just utilize the park and not rides but you can usually get a discount in your town at your Parks and Recreations office usually like $10 off a ticket
