These people do not care about their temants. Serious maintenance issues go ignored. I've been without AC for weeks and get nothing but the run around. Property infested with rats. There is a mummified dead rat in front of my building that has been there for a month. This place is a slum.

If you want a pleasant, peaceful living experience, live literally anywhere else. No one cleans up after their dogs, dogs bark 24/7, fighting, and people shoot off fireworks making you wonder if it’s fireworks or gun shots. My roommate and I live in a constant stench of cigarette smoke thanks to our downstairs neighbors. The smell is awful and it makes me constantly sick, I can’t imagine what my animals are going through. Management will not do anything to enforce the no smoking policy, or anything to hold people accountable. I have never been more excited in my life to be moving.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is the epitome of slum lords. I moved here May 2021 and the property was marketed as being central to RTD (it is not, the nearest train station is about 1-2 miles down Pecos), it was also marketed as being remodeled and brand new. That is not the case. They came to “fix” my bathroom and left me with a job that I could’ve done a better job myself. I relayed my disappointment to the manager, and she completely ignored me and refused to repair it correctly. Upon move out, my entire under sink storage was sunken in due to a leak that they had never addressed. I did not receive any type of apology or anything. The front desk lady wasn’t even surprised that it had happened. My balcony has rusty nails EVERYWHERE and often times felt as if it would collapse. The RATS run rampant when it was hot and it was truly disgusting. They are everywhere and the property does not seem to really care. This area is quiet but runs rampant with crime. I woke up to a random man at my door at 4:30am, so beware if you plan on moving your family here. The appliances BARELY work. My oven would error out and not even turn on sometimes. Maintenance NEVER came to fix it. This place sucks. This was my first apartment and the whole experience really discouraged me. Fast forward now, I have been waiting on my security deposit to be returned to me and it has been well over 30 days. Calling the number won’t work because they only answer when they want. The management team SUCKS and I do not recommend ANYONE stay here, especially considering the price. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Do not move here! It’s not worth the amount of money they charge. Divina R. The manager is rude and has no compassion and isn’t willing to work with you during these hard times dealing with Covid. The maintenance take forever to attend and fix whatever it is that needs fixing. The tubs are peeling and the new floors they put down are already lifting. Also the back sliding screen doors always fall off and this isn’t just my building. They claim to have remodeled but it’s just to get you to move into the place only to find out things were done poorly. The property is dirty and there is an ongoing issue with roaches and car break-ins . I regret moving here but COVID left me with no choice but to move here. I will not renew my lease. You will be disappointed unless your desperate for a place to stay. There are way better apartments to live in this area. Don't waste your money!
