We have been here a year now and have had no issues at all! The complex has been kept clean and snow always gone by morning even with the bad winter we’ve had. Horrible place to live. They try to evict you and have zero communication or compassion for their renters. Also, crack addict neighbors...Dear Anastasia, We know it seems unsympathetic, but when a tenant does not pay rent on time, we follow the same procedure for everyone. This place sucked. The apartment was really expensive and tiny, the neighbors were extremely rude, and when I moved out they changed their phone number and didn't post a new one and I never got my security deposit back. I've emailed them with no response so I guess they robbed me of $350. I highly suggest finding somewhere else. Also the highway is so loud you can hear anything else over it. I regret living there.
