I have been living in The Den apartments for about a week. I have had such a great experience thus far. I had to find a place to move quick and Paige was such a big help and made the whole process so easy! She had great communication throughout the process and made me feel very welcomed to my new home.

We just moved in a month ago. The team (shout out to Cicely and Bethany) were wonderful in making move-in seamless for us. The apartment was spectacularly clean (and I am picky) and in great shape. I love the accessible, secured, on-site storage on our same floor, and in general, the security here is MUCH better than what we found at other locations. Our pup LOVES being next door to a dog park, and we love being within steps of the Cherry Creek, Greenwood Village, and Highline Canal trail systems! Great access to restaurants and the Belleview Lightrail Station all make this a great place to be. We're glad we moved in!

I've been here about 7 months now, and love it. The staff is friendly and helpful, including Cicily and Bethany in the office and George and Gabe in maintenance; I've had two maintenance requests and both were resolved within a day. The staff communicates well with what's going on and if any issues arise. The pool and clubhouse are great & lively (in the warmer months of course). My neighbors have been friendly and the dog park at the corner of the building is fantastic (the whole building is very dog friendly). Having the restaurants on the ground floor and I-25 and the Light Rail's Belleview Station right nearby makes the location very convenient. I had done a ton of research into where I wanted to live before I moved to Denver, and The Den was at the top of my list. Now that I've been here for seven months and have seen other neighborhoods and buildings, I am very content with my choice to be here.

I wanted to wait a month of living here to gather a decent assessment of this apartment complex. I was a little hesitant about this place because of the negative reviews, however, I have no complaints or issues thus far. The ladies at the management office are extremely nice and accommodating. Bethany, I think is her name, gave me a quick tour of the place after the initial paperwork was done and I most certainly appreciated it despite having a busy morning. Maintenance for me was great! I had some issues with my washing machine, and Gabe was here the next day and even followed-up with me the following day. Parking for me hasn't been a problem at all. I live on the upper floors which seem to be more empty and the fact that there's a gate on the 3rd floor brings more comfort as far as security goes. Speaking of security, I have seen guards walking around at night. I've also seen the cleaning employees work diligently in the morning around the pool area, mopping the floors, vacuuming in the hallways, bathrooms, and gym. For the most part, the pool/top deck has been clean though it does require tenants to do their part in picking up after themselves. As far as packages, this complex utilizes Parcel Pending which is an additional $30 fee upon registration. I find the service quite useful as I haven't lost any packages thus far and any over-sized packages has been directly delivered to my door.
