I am currently living here and the matience service sucks!!! I've been putting in work orders for months now and no one has yet to show up. DON'T MOVE HERE, especially if you have lil ones. This isn't a safe environment for them I have mold growing in my bathroom, my ceiling is damn near about fall and not to mention the bathroom tub faucet is still running very very hot water making the bathroom and the whole apartment unit hot. Oh yeah this place is infected with rodent's and insect's, croackroaches to be exact. I will be calling the health department today, done playing nice

I posted a review about these apartments having a cockroach problem, shortly after I received a phone call from the apartment manager asking me to take it off because they are trying to fix the problem. I don't feel like she handled the issue correctly, by calling and telling me that because they have worked with me on excepting late payments and they have been trying to fix the problem, I should remove my complaint?! I just wish someone would have told me about this problem before I moved in. So according to the manager this is only a problem in a few apartments and they are trying to fix it. I have lived here over 2 and a half years, and it has got better so I hope they do fix it! I am thankful they did work with me on my late payments i paid with the late fee but don't know what that has to do with this issue. I'm not saying you shouldn't move here but feel like people should know the problems I've had! Good luck to management!
