I was scheduled for an apartment showing at 1pm today, even received the confirmation email from the office saying we had a tour at 1pm. I drove 45 min from work for this tour, to get there and see that the office was locked for lunch from 12:30-1:30. There were two women sitting in the office who kept looking at me and avoiding eye contact, even as we knocked. I understand being on lunch but it’s so rude to ignore someone who’s clearly there to try and give you business??? Just acknowledge me and maybe let me explain that YOU told me to come at that time. Don’t waste your time here like I did, very unprofessional.

We have been waiting for months to get our stove fixed. We tell the office but they just shut you up with the "we'll send someone over to your apartment to get that fixed" but no show. Many of our nabours are on the same boat. This plase hasTerrible maintenance. Only giving one star because you can't leave zero.

These 5 star reviews have to be fake. Garbage is overflowing, issues are never resolved, they're actively removing reviews that are truthful. Super shady business practices and lack of care. Do not move here!

Live anywhere else! The maintenance and management here are a joke. Maintenance will complete request regardless if the repair was finished or not. These leaks have been more then 1000 gallons a month its been over 3 months. Infact I've never seen are talked with management before. Though I've requested it on multiple occasions. I've put several work orders in for both a leaking faucet and dish water they have been unable to repair and leaking since move in. On move in all the cabinets were falling apart and had water damage. The apartment in general wasn't at all what I'd hoped for. I've reported all of this on move in and nothing was done. Can't wait to leave here. DONT MOVE HERE.

Even the 'OWNER' who responds to these posts links the main #. No DIPSCHITS, I don't want to talk to your ignorant staff. If you can not PROACTIVELY FIGURE THIS OBVIOUS STUFF OUT then you don't deserve customers. Santana Ridge can suck it.
