Very rude. One worker straight using religion to answer child support questions she could not answer. Never answer my phone calls but if BM leaves a message they answer her immediately (been having to use her to talk to them). Do not present full information to the courts. Overtly sexist, and rude.

My child support is withdrawn from my check every 2 weeks like clockwork. Now my automotive sales license is up for renewal and there is a hold for child support, which has been paid every time on time. Cannot call and speak to someone and I love 150 miles away. About to lose my livelihood because of the incompetence of these idiots. Cant work without a license. Been trying to resolve this for 3r hours. Drove 150 miles to Santa Clara and dmv says my license is still not released. I take care of my wife and 3 kids and now am going to be out of a job because of the incompetence of this department. Will sue for sure

You just have to call. You are not the only one, they have been dealing with high volume of cases. Seems like the pandemic creating a boom for babies. This specific office just help create cases and help with payments but they don't process anything. From what I'm aware they mail the paperwork to the county.
No. But they only let 2 people into the office at a time. Ring the door bell. They tell you come in or wait outside. Bring a chair in case you have to wait outside.
Yes ypu can ypu go in to the county office and ask for a modification packet bring i reqested documentation and set up and go to the court date
