This was my first time coming here. It is quite busy there, and most people seem friendly enough. Masks are optional, even though it says required on their website. People at the front desk are not inviting, and can be considered rude. I understand there is lots going on there, but a simple "how is your day" or "welcome" goes a long way. The student that greeted me was pleasant, friendly and personable. She knew how to make the customer feel at ease and wanted to be there. This may have been an off day for the front desk, but I will give them another try.

I just had my hair cut done and I am pretty sure this is not right. I don’t know how the instructor let me leave with a hair like this. Does it look right? Very disappointed and not feeling good/ pretty.

Monica is my favorite Esthetician! Monica always asks what are my concerns with regards to my face/skin. She lets me know each step in the facial treatment and checks to make sure that I'm doing well with the pressure/product applications. My skin is glowing and looks so much younger thanks to Monica and her amazing facials. Monica is also amazing for painless waxing treatments. Again, she tests first to make sure the wax is the correct temperature. She checks to make sure that I'm doing well with each of the wax pull strips. I highly recommend Monica for amazing facials and painless waxing treatments! Thanks Monica!

Had gotten bangs by the instructor, the student was kind and friendly, however the instructor was terrible. She had first not asked me how long or how low, and the only thing I had given was a picture and it wasn’t even similar. the bangs were 1. too short 2. too thick. She even sprayed water in my face making me flinch without telling me, and got hair inside of my mask(no protection whatsoever.) The student was learning from this instructor and it was terrible. Overall if you see an instructor with dark hair, tan skin, and highlights with dark hair. DO NOT let them do your hair.

I don't believe so. It's a school where you are trained to pass the state board licensing exam to become a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician.
Your best bet will be in person. During the day is super busy and hard to take all the calls. I am one of the cosmo students. You can follow me on Instagram @rorubeauty and sent me a inbox tell me what service are you looking for and I can help you with your appointment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yes their hair cuts include a hair wash always
I think you can email or text but for me it has worked best to call and talk to someone directly or go in.
I'm a student there and we do if there is someone available who has worked with or is familiar with ethnic hair. Just let the person booking your appointment know what you want done and that you want a stylist that knows about ethnic hair.
Just ask for a senior student.. or ask the front girls who they recommend.
I know theyre open today (Saturday) because I have an appointment today
