Called them twice and asked them to give me a quote on some ipe siding each time they got my name and phone number and never returned the call. I highly recommend buying your ipe online from Advantage Lumber instead of this place

I recently purchased IPE wood and accessories to renew my backyard deck. The quality of the wood was excellent in all aspects (surface, lack of warping, no cracks, no termites, etc); delivery was on time as agreed upon, the driver was friendly and professional. It is true that the personnel in the shop seemed at times a little stressed when the phones were busy, but they always treated me politely and adequately, and they provided meaningful answers to all my questions. I certainly would (and will) be a repeat customer, and I feel ok to recommend them to my friends.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I have been going to this place for a couple of years now and I always had great service. The staff knows their stuff and they are very nice (granted the owner is a little more "dry"). And yes, expect to wait if you go there as they take their time to answer customer's questions. So don't go there if you are in a rush. People complain about the quality of their lumber ... My experience has been much better than any other lumber yard I have been to where it sits outside in the elements.
