It opened on January 1, 2018. Membership fees are $1 for first month. Then it's $5 if you go a minimum of 12 days or more a month. 11 days or less per month $18 monthly. You can also just pay a flat $10 per month and go as much or little as you want. There is a $39 admin fee yearly. They are open 24 hours a day with staff present.

Must be accompanied by legal guardian at all times. Ages 15, 16, 17: Facility use with their own membership. They can use and access the facility independently. Well, a way to also make sure is just go 3 times a week. Typically there is 4 weeks in a month.
They offer someone that will teach you how to use the equipment, not really personal training.

Depends on the day of the week, start of the week a little busier, now that new year's resolutions are out it might be a bit busier for a few months. It's 4 to 7pm that tends to be really busy during the start of the week.
It depends on the membership. There is a flat $10/month & a $5/month. There is also an annual fee once a year of $39 The $5 stays 5 every month if you come in 12x a month if not the charge that month will be 20. Annual fee will be charged 30 days after sign up The $10 is a flat rate no matter how many times you go. Annual fee will be charged 60 days after sign up.
They have 2 plans. One is $5 with a $40 annual fee. That one requires you to attend the gym at 12 times in a month. The second plan I think is $10 a month with a $40 annual fee that doesn't have any requirements on attendance. I don't remember their policy on children 12 years or older since I don't have any myself. You can always give them a call or go up there for a tour. The staff is very helpful.
Just to add: If you're wanting it to count towards your monthly number, as you may be able to go to the gym as many times in one day as you'd like, it will only count as 1 visit/per day toward your goal.

Plenty of equipment I've never had to wait for one yet and by what I have seen staff is friendly

The 6th of the following month is when your yearly fee comes out. Your monthly fee comes out on the first of every month.
Okay I've 10 there a few times but why is my lower body tanning and my upper body is not do I have to punch different things on there tanning bed to get my upper body my face and my shoulders and my chest tan
