Cute cafe, good place to wait for EV charging. The stuffed animal table markers are a cute idea, but seem like they could get germy. Maybe some plastic dinosaurs or rubber ducks that could be sanitized would be better.

Only at the outside tables, I think. But very service animal friendly.
They're the popping bubbles. The flavors I remember from the menu are blueberry, lychee, and mango. I know there are several more fruit flavors though.
I've noticed the staff wiping down tables quite frequently. People seat themselves pretty well out from one another. Many people put their masks back on when they aren't eating or drinking.
