Why does it say only 10$ a month with 1$ down but my bank account says you charged me 49.99$?

There is a 39+tax yearly fee as well. It said it right on the flyer.

From what I remember when I signed up was if you chose the $10 a month plan it was $39.99 to start plus the monthly $10, so that would make the $49.99. The $1 down was the special for the $5 a month plan.

I've been charged each month for 19.95 and I don't understand why. I go 12 x a month, so...???
