Do not bring your case here unless you prefer to be treated like a criminal. There is such a regular influx of patients required by the court to seek treatment here that this organization does not need to display concern toward individuals privately seeking actual therapy. The primary concern of this organization is not to improve lives but rather to accumulate billing hours. A year has elapsed and I have yet to see/hear from my doctor, have an evaluation, or be made aware of a treatment plan. Eternal Limbo.

I’m disappointed in this place, it seems as though everyone is eager to “lock” you in, without explaining the procedure to each new prospective patient. In my case, I have an issue that is bothering me, I’m eager to gather as much evidence, from different people, and then determine which one suits my own personal needs better this is a sound, logical, and sane approach to any and all needs, mental, physical, or emotional. However, when both PCP advise the same panel, and the patient inadvertently and unknowingly takes the panel assuming the results could be interpreted by both if not digitally then physically ; it apparently alienates the left or the right into “not sitting well” and penalizing the patient for seeking information. This is a poor attitude to take, and signature health who prides itself on serving the people, should not be penalizing patients for seeking second; third: or even fourth opinions within “reasonable” limits and it’s PCP does infact punish this is offputting and sad. It’s disappointing, and I feel it’s worth redirecting any and all people I come into contact with somewhere else entirely, since we seem to be more worried about who is locking in the patient versus ensuring the person not “patient” is being looked at accordingly. I advise any and all readers to take this review into account Think hard before trusting signature and their chosen nurse/PCP, their more concerned with locking you into their web than your well-being, that should be your signal stop.

They do. They operate on a slide scale as well so potential for a reduced copay is there as well.
Thank you for your question. It is typically 12 weeks, but fluctuates depending upon the person.
Thank you for your question. We do provide vaccine clinics that are open to the community. As slots open up, you can schedule on our website here: https://www.signaturehealthinc.org/vaccine/

Yes. All ages for mental health and substance use issues. They offer counseling, medication, case management, primary care, lab and pharmacy services on site.
5pm?
I would call the health department and ask them. They may have an answer. The health department is located right across the street from signature health.
