The customer service by William was excellent! He was very nice and calm, knowledgeable and helpful. The reason for three stars and not five stars is because the other staff member, a girl, was playing loud rap music in the store on her phone, and the the songs had lots of curse words and nasty lyrics where all the customers in the store could hear it, I finally had to complain to the staff that I thought it was very unprofessional to play that type of music where you have public and customers coming in the store, they finally changed the channel.

I bought a replacement phone and current phone here.Terrific folks both times. I had no internet, WiFi,phone availability and Javie(I hope igot it right)and William were both terrific, called the center and got me reset and I'm back in business. They were both very gracious,patient and it's great to have young folks hooking up the old folks who are not so tech savvy. Thank you.
