Such nice people that work in there. And if you want returning customers, then you need to treat them kindly. That’s what these employees do…Chris the manager, Marco, Bruce, Jean, and Rachel. I wish Brad was still the assistant manager, the new one is horrible and rude.

Went to the AT&T store waited in line. CHRISTIAN didn’t want to help me. I’m not a valued customer to him. He just said sorry. Call AT&T issues were never fixed. You guys shut down the store.

I had a terrible day today due to losing my iPhone. After hours of trying to replace it through Apple, I finally caved and decided to purchase a new one through AT&T. All of the associates were pleasant and helpful, but Rachel in particular was amazing. She was super patient and managed to make it a great experience. I'm glad I decided to go through AT&T in-store, I would definitely do it again.
