I went in to buy a case for my phone. I waited about 10 minutes for a sales associate (no big deal) who blew me off and told me to use the self checkout because it would lower his average sales. I went to the AT&T store where I received great service. Maybe I should switch carriers.

I went into the store on Wed because my battery was draining too quickly...I stood there for about 10-15 minutes until someone greeted me...they took my info and continued to wait...now thats not the bad part...I was watching one young lady help a customer and he wanted to sit and wait until his phone did what it was supposed to do which frustrated miss know it all...then an elderly gentleman was looking for a cell phone case for a flip phone and she was very abrupt with him..he said that she was the one who helped him as she flat out denied it and said it was her manager who helped him...he said no it was you and she continued to argue with him...trying to shoo him out the door...he asked if they had a cover for the phone and she said she doubted it but said she would check..and walked into the back for about 30 seconds and came out and said nope we dont have one...and tried to get him out of the store and he wanted to talk...now i understand sales since I have been in sales for about 34 years...and if she not selling something shes not making money.. I get that...but all the customers in the store were being helped and I wasnt there looking to buy a phone so she could have been a bit more helpful and maybe directed him to Ebay or even to a phone store that sold cases...he finally left and now it was my turn...I was having issues with my phone and she flat out told me that she didnt think she could help me...now I have been with Verizon since 1998..and usually go to the corporate store in Marietta where I was always treated like a valued customer...know I said to her so you are saying that you cant help me...she sid she doesnt think so..so I asked why is she working in a corporate store..I am not one to F with...and I also know what it takes to treat people as they are important...she was rude and very arrogant...and although she thought she knew everything s he actually knew nothing...she looked at my phone and asked why charger i was using I told her the one that came with the phone..she said what clock did I use..I told her the one from my previous phone which was an S20 ultra...she said that was what was causing the problem...now there is a bit rolling around in my ahead and I know a bit about electronics...and I told her that is the dumbest thing I ever heard...she shut up...I told her that a charger isnt going to drain my battery but if it maybe charge my phone slower..of course she said I was wrong...I confirmed that with the next person I spoke to on 611...she shouldnt be working in a store that is known for customer service...she should maybe try ice cream where you dont have to have people skills they just say yes and give you their money...what a horrible little girl and an experience to match...FIRE HER...she is going to lose you many customers..I just take the time to write about it

Horrible customer service. I came and bought a phone and upgraded my plan. There was a promo for a trade in, but the computer wasn't calculating the amount correctly- they said give it 2 billing cycles then come in, we will submit a form to fix AND reimburse the extra you paid on the first two cycles. Also said if I got protection plan that day, it would be $5 off/month. Well, I go in 2 months later- they tell me to wait another month, then just call a 1-800 number and they may be able to help fix tye trade in amount. Oh the $5 off a month I was told? Guy completely blew me off saying it wasn't a thing. He said if I didn't want to pay just take it off. The guy was just so rude and dismissive. Would give 0 stars if possible
