Very aggressive with getting me what I deserved for my case

Roger ghai was very helpful and always respectful. Will always answer the phone whenever I had a question or was following up and responded by emails quickly as well. Roger explained the full process during me and my wifes car accident and couldn't of been happier with the results we had. Thank you

Horrible lawyer. Very RUDE!!! May be because he doesn't like people that doesn't look like him or it may be because I'm young so he thought he could take advantage of me. For 3 months there was absolutely no communication. If I didn't call his office for an update they would NOT call me. I never got any phone calls or emails or even replies to emails until I called angrily. These reviews have to be paid for because he did absolutely nothing for me and my case but LIE.

Serious personal injury cases such as trucking and car accidents, slip and fall injuries, defective drug and medical device cases, as well as Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
For injury cases, there are no attorney’s fees unless there is a recovery for the client. If there is a financial recovery for the client, the attorney’s fees are 33 and ⅓ % of the total recovery if no lawsuit has been filed and 40% if a lawsuit has been filed. For Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases attorney’s fees currently run $1,600.00 to $1,800.00 plus current court filing fees of $335.00. Payment options are available.
I have practiced law for 31 years.
Payment plans are available for Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. For injury cases, you pay nothing down and you are only charged if we collect a settlement for you.
Yes.
The general rule in Georgia is two years from the occurrence of the accident, however depending on the details of your situation, there are some exceptions.
Frequency of attorney-client communication is based upon the particular facts of your case. My goal is to return client communication within 24 hours.
If you were involved in a vehicle accident, any police report information, photographs, and medical records you may have would be helpful. If you are filing a bankruptcy case, a list of your creditors and/or a copy of any lawsuits or garnishment documents would be helpful.
Yes, on a very limited schedule.
Yes, but the better practice is to get a second opinion before discharging your current counsel.
If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident, this office only accepts cases in which there is at least $2,000.00 in property damage to your vehicle.
The most common types of damages would be for past, present, and future pain and suffering, medical bills, and lost income.
If you were not 50% or more at fault, then you would still have a case.
For most cases, it is not necessary to file a lawsuit. However, if a lawsuit must be filed, most cases settle before trial. Only about 5% of cases actually go all the way through a trial.
Unfortunately, you are responsible for paying all of your medical bills before the case is settled. The negligent party’s insurance company is not legally obligated to pay your medical bills until the case settles. However, quite often the treating medical facility will refrain from collection activity while the case is pending if they know you are represented by counsel. Also, sometimes your automobile policy may contain a medical payments provision, which would entitle you to exercise that policy and pay your medical bills while the case is pending. Finally, some clients use their health insurance to pay their medical bills relating to a vehicle accident.
